4 nukes, 1 for each area(North, south, east, and west). Preferably near major oil refineries or power plants. Then a couple of sweeping runs of napalm strikes. Finally, an elite team of T-rexes with mounted machine guns and 40 mm cannons to take care of any survivors.

Nanotech for me, whats better than breaking down your targets one cell at a time. Plus the way you can end the word are almost endless. You can just make break everything down, or you can be more cruel and make it so it only targets the reproductive or the brain. I think the brain would be the best and make sure you make it drive people mad and start killing each other.
