Oh man, this issue. It's more or less impossible to get a clear idea of what anyone's thinking because we all have totally different ideas of what constitutes "skinny," "fat," "chubby" and just about every other word used to describe human bodyweight ever. Even "healthy."
I'm in the somewhat interesting position of being a woman who likes women, so I can see this from both sides. I know what I find attractive in a woman physique-wise, and I also know how I feel about my own body. Personally, as someone who's quite serious about the gym I'm more likely to be attracted to someone who looks like they put a bit of physical effort into their physique as well. Meaning I like women who have a bit of muscle. They can be petite or larger framed, I don't mind, and they don't have to be a bodybuilder or have no fat on them at all, I'm just talking about a bit of muscle definition. Of course I'm not going to write someone off completely because they're truly skinny (by which I mean no fat but no muscle either) or because they're carrying a few extra pounds, I'm just talking about the sort of woman who'd turn my head based on physique alone. And obviously people of all shapes and sizes can have gorgeous faces too.
I'll be honest, I can't see myself being attracted to someone who was actually overweight in a purely physical sense, though obviously personality is the most important thing, so whatever. Also bear in mind that because my parents are both medical professionals I have a somewhat stricter idea of what constitutes "overweight" than some others seem to.
The thing that pisses me off is when people abuse words like "chubby" and "curvy" to avoid admitting that someone is overweight. Especially curvy. Curvy means a little nipped-in waist and (proportionally) big hips and boobs. Very petite people can be curvy, as can overweight people. A lot of overweight people, however, are not curvy.
Sorry about the rant.
TL;DR: yes, I would find a chubby girl attractive so long as she was actually a healthy weight and not "healthy" in the euphemistic sense in which it is sometimes used.
