Poll: Cliches... need they be stopped?

Cliches? Yes. Tropes? No.

I don't really see the point of this thread. It feels a little pointless and juvenile. Why can cliches be sexy. I'm really confused.

Cliches are an indication of a weak, sedentary and unimaginative mind.
They are of absolutely no value to society.
