360, simply because I use it the most, plus I don't use the d-pad for movement, so I like that the analog stick is up in my thumb's position.

Keyboard and mouse is pretty nice as well, especially for an fps

Playstation controller because I grew up with it and I'm stuck in my ways. Tried to use my friend's 360 one and it did not work out well for me.

360. It's just a well designed controller (minus the D-Pad).

PS3 controller hands down. It has lasted for 3 generations of consoles. That's gotta say something. I can't stand the xbox controller, or the Gamecube controller. The Wiimote is good for motion based games, but for classic games, I hate it.

I said 360, because of the PS3s crappy marshmallow triggers, otherwise they are pretty much the same.

As much as I acknowledge the benefits of the mouse/keyboard combo, I don't really play games on my PC, so I'm way more used to the 360 controller. It is a pretty fabulous controller though.

and I like the PS2 controller as my second favorite, PS3's L2 and R2 are just bullshit.

360 controller feels natural and comfortable, so I stick with that.

Besides the good ol keyboard
the Gamecube had a pretty good controller. Very comfortable

Mouse and keyboard out of those. But that's cheating because PC controls are too good. My favorite console controls are the 360 and the worst I've seen in gaming is MGS2... even after I got used to them they were awful. There is no reason the camera should be like that in a stealth game.

The NES rectangle. Yeah, cramps every time you play for more than 10 seconds.

I think the Playstation ones feel the most comfortable out of those. My next favorite it either the 6 button Genesis controller (since it was smaller) or the SNES one.

Most of the games I enjoy most are on my computer, so I have to go with keyboard and mouse.

Are there any gamepads with soft rubber buttons? I think it would cut down on sore fingers.
