I'm a pretty good cook (cooked professionally in a small Italian/American family restaurant for a couple of years). But most of my cooking doesn't *look* good. {shrug}
As a single parent I feel like I need to cook, but simultaneously don't have loads of time to do it. So I tend to pre-cook big batches of things that can then be mixed/combined with other foods to make something different. Last Wednesday I cooked up a big batch of chicken breasts which I've since paired with pasta, potatoes and rice for different meals.
Further complicating matters is finding more and more foods that my kid and I both have sensitivities/allergies to, which is really starting to limit the list of things I have to work with.

You could try lightly pan-frying them before baking them. (Of course you have to watch for them sticking during the frying as well.) Frying them first gives them an outer layer that is less likely to stick.Phasmal said:(And if anyone has any idea how I can stop these freaking potatoes from sticking every damn time I would appreciate it).
