Funny thing, I know someone who did this for a number of years.

Every day he'd wear a dark blue hoody with beige shorts. Apparently he had a closet full of them. There was one day, ONE DAY, where I saw him wearing an orange hoody, but I never saw that article of clothing again. I think this went on for around 3 years.

Wearing the same suit and wearing the same clothes is completely different. A suit is nondescript, and generally look the same. If it was the same t-shirt every day that would be something else entirely

Nope. I probably won't even make it past the first week, especially since I more often find myself wearing my pajamas unless I go out somewhere.

I am female and I voted Yes, only due to my profession. Professionally, no one ever notices what I am wearing anyhow since I always wear a lab coat over it. I wear a lab coat every day, scrubs if I am going to be in OR. In my field, you are not entitled to a name or an " appearance", you are considered very generic because when you are at work, that is all you are. You are not "you" you are "Doctor" sometimes you get lucky enough for them to add your last name on to it, but most the time, that is all they call you. Your name and " style" are irrelevant.

In my private environment, outside of wearing my lab coat, no I could not get away with wearing the same outfit among family, neighbors and friends. I cannot even go two days wearing the same outfit when not wearing a lab coat. The lab coat is nice because it doesn't matter what else you wear as no one sees it.

Male, voted yes, and I already do this.

Jeans and T-shirt, with the same tattered hoodie basically every day, all year. Been doing this for a long time now, and I've never been called on it by anyone at anytime.

I'm basically a recluse, so yes, i probably could, and i sort of almost do already.

As for the debate of sexism, unless this was some kind of pink and green suit or something outlandish, i don't see why people would notice. This is probably bordering into sexism territory, so I'll just bunker down while the bombs drop, but i swear women are born with an extra sense that allows them to distinguish tiny variations in clothing. When ever fuss over which high heels are better (for the record, all high heels are insipid) it just baffles me how all of them seem to look exactly the same with only a change in colour.

The only reason I bother to wear different things now is for laundry rotation purposes, so yeah, I think I could manage.

Well, aside from weather changes, too much seasonal variation between too damn hot and fucking cold for one outfit to work all the time.

During the winter I usually wear the same jacket/jeans boot combo and the only difference is the shirt I wear under but to anyone else it probably looks like I wear the same thing all the time. /shrug at least I don't smell

I probably could. I don't tend to leave the house often so when I do see people they've probably forgotten what I was wearing last time.

In fact sometimes I wear the same shirts each time I see someone because it's a nice shirt and it's on top of the pile from when I last saw them.

It gets noticed at work when I wear the same shirt for two days in a row (I own two white ones) so no.

Definitely not.

I feel self-conscious if I wear the same outfit more than once in the same week.
Really? I usually wear the same clothes all week (excluding underwear).

Life would be amazing if I could get away with that.

Could I wear the same outfit daily without being noticed? Probably not. People pick up on the smallest stuff, so no way this'd get past 'em.
My question for you is this; Why does it matter whether you can get it past them? Wear what you like. If that happens to be the same thing every day who cares if people notice?

I don't get his point because to me all business suits look almost exactly the same.
I agree, a suit is a suit.

EDIT: I should also probably mention that at this point I have been wearing the same outfit for a week and a half.
