Cracked. Because of Robert Brockway:

Probably the funniest thing ever written in human history.

TvTropes, never has anything eaten up so much time you start reading one article and then its 4 hours later and you realize you've read through the majority of an index. Really I find it enjoyable to look at a familiar piece of media in a new ligh in addition to learning more about tropes in general.

... Do I have to pick?

I guess Cracked. It's good fun pretty much all the time. But if I've just watched or read or played... well, anything really, TV Tropes is the way to go.

TvTropes is way more interesting. A lot of the articles on Cracked don't stand up to scrutiny. The "facts" will be off on things so they fit into the article theme better for Rule Of Funny.
Even though all of the 'facts' are sourced straight from studies and such?

Cracked is more compelling to me. TVtropes has never interested me. I have gone to TVtropes maybe a dozen times and never deviated from the article I was there for.

Cracked has sucked up several hours of my life, but it hasn't made me do multiple 5 hour marathons with 20+ tabs open like TvTropes has.
One of my TAs described it as a blackhole which will suck up your life and time that you should be spending on homework. I mentioned it in an off-handed comment once and he was hooked. He now uses it in his lectures.

Idk, it's hard to compare the two. Cracked gives me articles about the evil perpetrated by dolphins, while TVTropes tells me about the portrayal of dolphins in fiction.

I have read Cracked everyday for the past 3 years. I also have read every single article that site has at one point in time. I have been to TVTropes, but I get bored after browsing it for a while.

Both.

I like reading articles on Cracked, and I like reading a bunch of stuff on TV Tropes about other stuff.

Most badass (X)s, things that have to do with the military, and movie badasses being a particular favorite on Cracked; and things I'm actually interesting in reading before I end up reading stuff until about 5 A.M. on TV Tropes being a particular favorite as well.

They're both great websites. Also, a preemptive screw you to the OP because you linked me to Cracked. I was planning on wasting my day playing Minecraft, but that isn't going to happen now.
Damn it, now I need to look up everything that has to do with MacGyver on both sites now...

I prefer TV tropes as I have already sucked more than 10+ hours with more than 7 tabs open at once, exploring certain characteristics and ideals that can suit stories (which I do like to make...)
Cracked is often just "X of Y that Z," with results in weak items that I personally don't find that amusing.

I visit cracked.com daily, on account on its having, you know, daily articles, as opposed to tv tropes. Not much fun on browsing when I've already read everything.

When I read TvTropes, I just star at the article, drewling a bit, thinking how people could find it such a timesink. I have no thought to open another tab related to the article, since they're usually just so... uninteresting to me.

Cracked is different. Cracked is fun to read, has actual pictures, is pretty funny, and has the most useless but entertaining stuff to read.

TV Tropes. It interests me, plus I generally find things on it that I missed or didn't know before.

Cracked can be good, but it seems a lot of their articles are acts of desperation.
