this wasn't a glitch but I was playing COD:WAW and these kids where glitching under the map and I told them I worked for Infity Ward and that I was going to restart their characters for illegal use of the game and they freaked out and they said they would never do it again. It was so funny they where all like I am so sorry we will stop and I was all like will let them go with a warning and they where all like thank you i still laugh about that aw stupid glitchers

I got Mew in Pokemon red (oh yeah... mew) and it took me forever, but was soooooo worth it. He's a beast, especially in combination with the rare candy glitch would led to lvl.99 Mew's and beyond.

Not much of a glitch or a hack, just plain F'ed up, but one time my internet connection DC'ed for like 15 secs in CS:source. When the connection was fixed, i was still on the server but was going like double speed, immune to flashbangs and also having the invincibilty to lag.
(I did not intentionally hack, my network adapter overheats and does this sometimes.)

Random glitch in Left 4 Dead. If hit the reload button on the shotgun, and then start bashing, one shell is loaded every time you bash. Makes reloading in a swarm much easier (before that stupid bash delay patch).

OP: I was launched about nintey feet into the air by a Super Mutant in Fallout 3, he hit me with a stick.

I also found this really high up area in Halo: CE using a Banshee on the first snow level, pointless but fun to find.

The weirdest Easter Egg I found is a contest between two Easter eggs in X:Men: Origins: Wolverine (the game obviously, I couldn't stand the movie)... in one level I found Frostmourne hidden in a cave with a yellow exclamation point floating next to it, and some time later, I came across a cake that looked a hell of a lot like the one from Portal. As for weird glitches... There were the floating trees in Fallout 3: Anchorage. And then there was that maddening glitch in Mercenaries 2 where a hostage I supposed to rescue kept jumping off of a skyscraper to join me... no, Yahtzee did not make that glitch up. The AI in that game is THAT stupid.
