Poll: DA2: What will your first champion be

Well I played DA:O the way I normally play RPGs. I pick the easiest class to play(warrior) and go through the game learning stuff. Then I play "True" route, as a bow rogue. Then a Third play-through for shits in giggles as a Mage that explodes things.

A Mage... I've played through the demo with each class and that was my favorite... besides it was my favorite in Origins as well...<.<

Your class determines if your brother or sister dies, so I'm going and find out who is less annoying XD It's going to be a rouge or a mage. Rouges can lock pick and detect traps, mages can heal, warriors can... well... it's sorta sad they don't so anything special.

I'll be a rogue, mage in the demo was pretty fun but I got annoyed of my mage just twirling her staff around as a baton. I've learned that there is nothing fun about being a damage sponge so rogue it shall be for my first runthrough. DA:O seemed to work best if you were a city elf rogue so I'll stick to it.

Mage, it was my first pick in DA:O and the idea of summoning the elements to eliminate multiple enemies still holds more appeal than hacking shit to death.

Rogue, in DA1 I played as all three, but the rogue was just insane =) (once you got beyond the first 7 lvls)

AHhhhhh you picture hurts my EYES!

for me im gonna be a two handed warrior which is good and not afraid to crack a few jokes but also talks with his mouth and sword to get out of a situation..........BUT im really sad I cant become my awesome Duel Weilding warrior from the first game and slicing people..

I just can't decide. Mage is my favourite, but do I want to leave it until the second playthrough when I have foreknowledge of what's going to happen, and better understanding of how to spec a mage?

Also, do I want Bethany or Carver? I liked Bethany in the demo, she seems sweet, whereas Carver seems like he has a chip on his shoulder. Do I want a pleasant family dynamic, or do I want internal angst in the family?
