Dan is awesome.

Funny thing, he's always considered a weak 'joke' character (story-wise, and often gameplay-wise as well), but for someone to stand up to the other Street Fighter characters and live to fight another day he has got to be very powerful indeed.

I guess he's kinda like Mr. Satan/Hercule in DBZ, in that he's weak compared to the main characters, but still considerably stronger than 'normal' humans.

I always liked the concept of having a Dan character. Weaker than all the others means you need to have a level of skill involved to win with him.
