I just watched the cleveland show a spin off from family guy and was wondering did anyone actully watch it

Watched one episode. It's rubbish.

It's really not, some of it is quite crud, but the most recent series was consistently excellent throughout.

The Cleveland show wasn't funny. I watched four episodes and none of them were funny.

It just seems like an excuse to squeeze a bit of extra money out of Family Guy's popularity - that being said, neither American Dad nor The Cleveland Show were funny at all (at least the ones I saw, and I saw quite a few); I don't understand why they just can't focus on Family Guy and try to improve its dwindling quality.

Ironic coming from a guy who chose to double post in the same thread. ._.

anyway, the show wasn't as good as I had hoped.

No! In one, he has sex with a dead virgin (it's funnier than it sounds) and I can't remember the others.

I watched the first ten episodes online. It DOES get better. But it's really still not a touch on family guy, or even american dad.

Nope, Family Guy revealed itself to me as a terrible show after I watched it for a while.

It had about 1/3 of the good jokes that were needed to make a good show.

Strangely enough, the same is true of recent seasons of Family Guy and of American Dad.

I think it's actually very good, although the first few episodes were a bit... meh.
The characters have definitely grown on me, especially Rollo, who is just absolute genius. To those who said they watched one episode andjudged it on that, well your loss.

The Cleveland show is just a direct rip-off of family guy. Same personalitites, different characters. Oh, and it isn't that good, either.

American Dad is crap as well. Haven't seen amany of the new Family Guy episodes, but the two that I saw were pretty good, although I doubt that represents the whole season.

I've watched every episode thus far and hated them all. Why do I persist you ask? Well sadly I promised myself I'd watch the whole first season in the vein hope it would get better.

I like it personally. It has the same kind of humor as Family Guy but with different characters. *Besides Cleveland and his son* And Cleveland is the most well-rounded of the Family Guy characters that also isn't necessary for the story so that's why he got his spin-off. And I know we all love Quagmire but I don't think a show only about him would be that funny.

Haven't seen it, would like to, but I don't watch/have cable or even peasantview TV. Once it hits DVD I'll give the first season a go, and if it's as good as Family Guy or American Dad, I'll probably be hooked.

Watch the episodes online HULU. I kinda like it, even tho i think its just a reason for Seth to make more racial and class jokes. Yes you can add more racially insensitive jokes with a black main character i had no idea before i watched the show.
