When I first heard of it, I figured "cool, cultural thing, nice way to let people know exactly where they are while they're watching the game", you know, makes a difference from having the tournament anywhere else. But from what I hear (and this is just hearsay as I have little to no interest in football), the African (and some other) fans used it a lot during the tournament just to mess up the opposing team's concentration... which imo is just poor sportmanship :\Kortney said:I don't find it annoying, but I don't approve of it because it takes away so much of the atmosphere of the crowd.
On the noise of it itself... well, can't say I'm a fan. I hate bees and it makes a loud bee buzzing sound so 2 + 2 = me no likey. But that's just a personal thing
