Going by that method someone thinking about sex for a single second in 100 years is also thinking, on average, about sex every single minute.
1 out of 100*365*24*60*60 seconds are spend thinking about sex. As such every minute that person spends, on average, 1/876000 seconds thinking about sex.
By the same way if you spend 24 minutes a day thinking about sex then on average you're spending 1 second per minute thinking about sex.
If you have actual sex with your partner once every 2 days and from foreplay to cuddling it lasts for 48 minutes or more then you're also spending 1 second per minute thinking about sex.
If they really got the numbers that way then I can only say: *insert your favorite facepalm picture here*.
