Sex and sexual things yeah. Every half hour depending what I'm doing and who I'm around. Some of my friends totally suppress any thoughts of sex. I notice the size and shape of women's breasts. In the same way a person would notice how long someone's hair is or how tall they are. It can't be helped.
Would you rather us think about sex or murder?

You always get the douchebags who brag about sex and talk about having sex with their friends all the time. Im a guy and I rarely think about sex, so I guess theres just some people who dont have anything else to think about.

Men don't but teenage boys very well might. Sex is less of a big deal when you have it on a semi regular basis.

As a girl I originally just rolled my eyes when I heard this, but then i recalled back when I still rode the schoolbus and it really did seem that every conversation always looped back to sex or rape. The way I think of it, a person would have to be concentrating really hard on sex to actually think of it that often in a day but then again, I'm not a guy. What do you think about this?
whoa rape? what kind of people were you riding on the bus with?

anyway I dont know...women also do talk about sex..quite a bit
heh those were just the 6th graders. They were nasty little kids. There was a good reason i always listened to my Ipod on the bus
what were those six graders saying? hey look at that girl..I could totally rape her!

I mean sex is one thing (normal) rape however? sweet jesus, Im now a little disturbed :/

I don't, but it seems that whenever there's a woman in the room my male coworkers seem to.

As a man, no not every other minute. However I am very quick to relate things to somethign sexual related. Usually with the line "That's what she said" or "yeah you did" or on rare occations "hot" and "giggity"

No, and I'm wondering how much of the 20% who selected yes are male. Just saying...

I definitely think about it daily, but literally every other minute? Those are likely some sexually repressed dudes.

It's not part of all our thoughts but it does pop up often. Especially for those who haven't had it in a while.

Well I can never hear the word come without thinking of the other word, but I think that's just infection of the mind by the internet. As for sex in general? no? other guys? maybe/sometimes.

There was an article of sorts mentioning that it's bullshit that men think about sex every 7 seconds. It was in cracked.com

So yeah.
That's what came into my mind too when I saw this article..

Personally, I prefer to set aside long periods of time to think about it. A few second each minute isn't much--eleven minutes at a time, now that's a good thinking session. It also depends on the things that make a man think of sex. Sitting behind someone in class, and you can see their sideboob? Bingo. A girl in a skirt of any length? Spot on. Your professor? Probably not. The crude cartoon penis drawn on the wall? Nope--we usually think "but that's nothing like a penis."

Though, thinking about sex and thinking about boobs? That's two different things altogether. We cannot divorce our thoughts from boobies, for obvious reasons.

some of it was like that but its more of they thought that rape was funny. Some liked to try to act out rape scenes. or they'd talk about the latest rape/porn/i don't even know/ videos. I know that some kids will just lightly joke around about that stuff but these kids got pretty gruesome.

I'm not thinking about sex right now. Well, OK, I am; but not that not much. I was mostly thinking about my punctuation just then, but that reminded me of sex.

Its a stereotype. However, it is also a stereotype that is not at all far from reality. [Truth is stranger than fiction, because fiction has to make sense.] The truth is I have seen a large number of males behave in a positively stupid way just because they thought a woman was around. Several times the supposed 'woman' was me! A woman was perceived to be present, and interesting behavior patterns emerged. [Thats when I had shoulder length hair] I met an old man who launched into a detailed and graphic discussion about the physiology of the female pelvis and the best approach angle for penetration. I really feel bad for women in general; how do you pick a decent specimen out of all of these slimebags??? Jerks like that make me a dick, merely by gender association, and I strongly resent that.

If it were up to me I would change the stereotype. Men aren't quite pigs. Men are phalluses with a person attached. The smarter the person, the less the phallus affects his behavior.

Now, assholes? Yeah, probably.

Any male who says "no" is lying. I'm a dude, and it pops up every 15 seconds or so. It's also not really contemplating it or anything, just a vague "that looks like it can be screwed" feeling that is immediately ignored most of the time.

Well, I think about other stuff. Sex is common thought, but not "every other minute common".

A man's testicles send an impulse to his brain telling him basically 'fuck!' every fifteen seconds.

It's just simple biology. We can't help being perverts.
