No. And obviously there's no need to state "I think..." because it's implied; I wrote this post, it's me opinion.
Because created life (that's what even a fully sentient AI would be) cannot receive what is only God's to give.

No, I do not believe robots do not have souls. Show me a truly self-aware robot or AI and we'll talk...
and how could someone do that (show you that it has self-awareness), even if it really was self-aware?

I will frame my response in the form of a quotation.

Roy Batty said:
"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain."
Those were the last words of Roy Batty, android, replicant, and philosopher.

Do robots have souls? Yes.

Now I shall go weep softly at the tragedy of it all.

WARNING! The following spoiler contains many words! If you don't like words or opinion then you should not be reading this current sentence!
In the concept that humans have souls (Yet to be proven or dis-proven), then I'd have to say yes. However what defines a 'soul' would have to be 'Self Awareness'. Self awareness is something that all living creatures have, we 'know' that we're alive, and we're able to make independent decisions and have our own ideas.

In those regards if it were to someday occur that humans created a A.I. with self awareness, you could say that Yes they do have 'souls'. However it would also occur that if such a thing was possible, then would that not make humans the equal of god in a similar way? (The concept that humans created life in A.I. and gave it a soul of it's own. On a religious level, you could also say that it is almost a gift from god to humans that we'd find a way to breath life into creations of our own and which we would need to become responsible for).

There would however be some difficulty determining whether or not A.I. would be considered to be as important as humans. Because the idea is that even though both are equals in every way from self awareness to self preservation, it also raises the question of whether or not a flesh and blood creature is more important than a metal and circuit one. While it is a whole separate discussion on value of life, I'd personally have to say that 'Anything' with a developed mind that gives it the same characteristics of a living organism such as humans should be allowed to be valued as equal. Pets for example are less intelligent and still they retain most things such as emotion or self preservation as humans, and most pet owners would say that they value the pet's life. So the same could be roughly applied to A.I. as if every Robot or Android is a separate or individual A.I. and not part of a collective, then that'd make them irreplaceable in the retrospect that they are a unique individual.

Cant see why robots cant have a soul. we are their creator. we just need to work out how to make souls.

Maybe we can make them caprica style souls where you get backed up to a online heaven.

After reading the Foundation series, I'd have to say that yes, yes they do. I'd love to have robots as friends and everything. It kind of reminds me of that Futurama quote:

Bender: You'd really want a robot as a friend?
Fry: Sure, ever since I was 6.
This.

If a robot is capable of independent thought, emotional feeling and distinctive personality then I don't see why the hell not.

Would anybody say that C-360 and R2-D2 didn't have souls? I feel that they do.
Also This.

In Short: If, the individual in question develops the capacity for Logic, Reasoning, Emotion, Free will, Self Awareness, and some other attributes which I have most likely neglected to mention, Then yes, I do believe the individual in question has a Soul.
