I know ghosts are real i have a sort of.... friend who is a ghost. I can't see him but i can hear him, he can't move physical objects but he can semi posses people by this i mean he can't make you do crazy things like jump off a bridge but say you were thinking of doing something he can push you into doing it.

I am not crazy.
Andrew, I'm sorry, but you're crazy.

Yes. I believe in them. Why? I have had lot's of experiences with them. Ghosts don't hang out in grave yards they tend to hang around objects, places or people who held great meaning to them and hauntings can be triggered by an array of things eg. placing a painting on a certain wall might piss of a dormant energy. My grandmother's house for example seems not to like me and likes to mess with my head examples, radios, tv, computers will turn on and off by themselves with the volume full blast, my aunt used to collect dolls, who liked to turn there heads and wink at me, rocking chairs will rock by themselves. When I'm at my friends, a particularly playful entity will toss plushies at me, flicker the lights when we are trying to draw and other fun natured stuff. My deceased cousin will visit me by playing the song "Here Comes the Sun" either on the radio (interrupting the song currently playing) or on a music box I had bought shortly before we got news of her passing.
Sounds like schizophrenia or another delusional or halluciogenic mental disorder, if your moods rapidly change this might be the answer. But to be less vulgar, I have always wanted ghosts to exist the same way I want zombies to walk to earth and the same way I want't to lick and suck Bruce Campbells chin, it would be nice but it's just not gonna happen. Now im not saying I don't think ghosts exist, I am rather agnostic, im not dead yet so these things remain a mystery.

But I tend to wonder about these excessive stories, I mean peoples encounters with ghosts or spirits vary from "I think I saw something in that window" to what you seem to be experiencing, the only thing that bugs me are the details. The details are rarely explained and of course the beleiver cannot be arsed to care about details, beleif does not lie in analysis. Well im going off on a strange tangent here with no purpose really so what I would want to ask you in sincere beleif in that this actually happened to you, werent you shitscared?
First off, I didn't think I saw them happen I know they've happened. Are you going to suggest that an entire roomful of people just imagined a radio that A) was not plugged in and B) had no batteries and still managed to some how blare out some random tune at full blast were all hallucinating? Did we all (at least 8 people) just spontaneously imagined the exact same thing at the exact same time? Then there was the time at my friends, I was sitting on the couch, leaning forward and, in front of my friend, the talking pikachu backpack owned my friend's sister that was sitting on the back of the couch violently struck (not a gentle fall off the back of the couch more like someone threw it) the back of my head bouncing off landing facing me and said Fuck You in that cute little voice. So both my friend and I imagined that as well? And since things like this have been happening to me most of my life no they no longer freak me out. I feel blessed that I've witnessed the unknown. Most of the experiences were pleasant ones. (Except for the ones at my grandmothers, those had a felling of menace to them.)

First hand experience motherfuckas! But, then again, it's not something to be proud of...but it could have just been the most convincing dream ever.

No offense, but I'm pretty sure you are either exaggerating or downright lying.

I don't believe in ghosts, personally. Especially not the ones who go around freaking people out. If I died and had to spend eternity bound to some crappy memento of my former life, I think I'd have better things to do then go around scaring people. I might, say, try to make contact and have meaningful discussions about the great beyond or some such nonsense.

To the people who say they hear their name being spoken to them, the same thing happens to me. It does, however, have a reasonable explanation. I'm assuming that this tends to happen during the night? In this case, when the sun goes down and normal people start feeling sleepy, the brain starts entering a semi-dreamlike state, flickering in and out of mild unconsciousness. During this time, the brain tends to have trouble sorting its own thoughts from reality. Therefore, when your brain starts thinking of something, such as hearing your name, it perceives it as an actual sound coming from around you, rather than just a figment of your imagination. The same thing happens to people who are high or otherwise hallucinating, just to a greater extent.

I'm not sure if I do or not. I've never had any experiences with ghosts myself, and I'm actually kind of jealous of people who have. So I've never experienced any proof of their existence, but have not had the idea disproved to me either.

I don't personally believe in ghosts, but if one popped up in front of me and was like "Blam, *****, what now?" I'd pretty much just shrug and go "Meh, alright then."

So I don't believe in them personally, but am open to the possibility they are there.

In large groups the power of suggestions is almost law especially if you're extroverted, and of course you can understand how crazy this sounds to anyone who did not experience it. Of course one must entertain the idea that you might be subjugated by a long-term gag which in many ways is more logical than these things actually happening but since you have the details and experiences and I do not then obviously I would not be so bold to gab out some kind of verdict. And I hope we can agree on one very simple philosophical theory which is that thinking is better than knowing because the more you know the less you understand, certainty is a terrible thing. So the fact that you say you know these things is quite frightening in itself.

And of course one might get pissy over the fact that I and Rabid Toilet denounce your experiences with rather mundane arguments but naturally you must realize that your claims are as mundane as ours and that we are merely dabbling in generalities.

Obviously noone can persuade you into different thought processes and I hope noone is here to do so because by the mercy of Thor that's a waste of time in real life not to mention on the internet, but I digress, do I have a point? Let's make a point, as I see it and what makes your stories largely unbeleivable is that you express their authenticity through the number of witnesses without questioning their credibility, for example: When the radio turned on with roughly eight people in the room for all we know you could've gone "Holy shit did you hear that man" and they could've gone "Huh?" because they were to busy watching Jeeves and Wooster, of course this was not the case because noone watches Jeeves and Wooster nowadays but you get my point, the credibility is suspect if your argument is based on beleif and alleged witnesses whos involvment and credibility is not put into question.
