No. I had considered making a blog in the past, but I chose not to because other people were doing similar things, I did not need another thing in my life that I would feel like I "had to do", and because I already spend too much time online as is.

No, anything I need to vent I do while talking to friends. They're the only ones who'd listen anyway.

I've been using Livejournal since late 2002, so yeah I blog rather frequently. I mostly use it as a sketchpost and recently cartoon reviews blog.

I, too, have been using LiveJournal since late 2002. I don't have the original one (for some reason, I deleted it in a fit of rage) but I have one that I've been keeping for a couple years now. Plus a secret one, plus another secret one elsewhere, plus the one I keep on Facebook for when I get really bored and feel like annoying people, plus the one I keep on DeviantArt for updates about the art I'm producing, plus the written one, which isn't really a blog since it's hand-written.

I write a lot. I don't expect anyone to read any of it, but that's not why I write.

I don't, and wouldn't as:

a) I have nada interesting to say or contribute to the internet in general.
b) Even if I thought of something to write about, I'd feel like an idiot, as it's likely I won't be read, so I'll feel like I'm wasting my time.

I have a slight gaming blog that I haven't posted on in a while. I'm too busy learning how to program to bother. Although I'm sure I have to pay for the website soon... Yikes... Ugh. Thanks for reminding me. Shit. =_= Is it legal to post ads on websites like Blogspot so I wouldn't have to pay for my site?

Edit: Yes it is. Looks like I'll move to Blogger then.

Normally I do blog, but I've taken down my blog for a while because it's undergoing radical restructuring. I don't expect it to be back online for at least 5 weeks since I'm crazy busy.

No. I keep a journal on my computer, but that is just like a diary. And there's no way I'm putting that on Teh Internetz. Plus, who would read it? All the people who don't like me and want to find out my secrets and weaknesess...

I wrote a few blogs which were basically small game reviews, but after a while I couldn't be bothered and I ran out of new games to review

God no.

It always struck me as a bit self-indulgent. Besides, I am not quite arrogant enough to think I would have much worth saying.

I'd recommend weebly.com as a pretty good blog/website creator thing. You can put adverts on that as well.

I do have a blog, but it is really only for me to vent out what I have on my mind. Nobody reads it (literally...not one person) and honestly that is for the best since it is a really depressing read.

I have two.

One where I post reviews of freely available games, and one where I post essays/rants/creative stuff.

Neither gets any views.

Hm, thanks. It looks more professional from the examples they give... Although I'm sure it would take a while to get my own website looking like that one ;)

Heh I use DA as well but I wouldn't really call that blog even if it has a journal feature. Facebook isn't really writer friendly IMO, LJ and other blogs have a much better interface for it. Heh, I also have a secret vent blog that no one knows what it is or where it is. Writing is good, both for creative and therapeutic reasons.
