I'd say bottle simply because the beer I prefer the most (Stouts, black beer, IPA, true pilsners) do not come in cans.

The only cans I'll buy are PBR (and fuck hipsters, I've been drinking this for years before people thought it was "legit")

But yea, bottles are so much nicer than cans.

Cans are for POOR PEOPLE! D:<

But yeah, I buy my beer in bottles. Honestly cans seem cheaper and worse somehow. But far better than either to get beer on tap at the pub.

I very, very rarely encounter a canned beer I enjoy. Once I found a passable IPA in a can. That's the only one that springs to mind. Bottles it be for me.

I prefer bottles, but my fridge is tiny and there's those little "can containers" in the door, in which I can't really put anything but cans. Might as well be beer. :p But if there's room in my fridge for bottles, that's what I'm getting.

There's more variety in bottles too. Only beers I can get in cans are Molson (dog piss), Corona (bleh) and Heineken (pretty good). But I can get anything in bottles.

this statement in itself is contradictory.

Anyway, I prefer both, whatever comes my way i'll drink.

I don't like beer. If that sacrifices my masculinity, fine. I just don't really care for the taste.

I go for bottles. Better beer, in my opinion. I can actually STAND DRINKING Bud Light (Hate the flavor. I really do.) in a bottle. It's INSANE how different it is.

Bottle for a couple or reasons.
1. The taste, for whatever reason (and however irrelevant) is superior. Less metallic aftertaste, and easier to keep track of your progress if you are drinking premium lagers. Though thus is also pretty much irrelevant.

2 At least where I live (Northern Ireland) most of the quality imported beers are bottled. From Cobra to Sol, this is where the alchemist's pursuit of taste and annihilation lies.

Also...drinking from a bottle is aesthetically superior. Makes me feel temporarily like a badass, rather than a lard ass.

Frosted stein.

Beer doesn't come in cans. Shitty Beer flavored water does, but no real Beer.

If you're going to drink, go the extra three or four bucks and buy a local microbrew or at least some Killians or something for gods sake. Beer should have some substance, some heart and soul to it.

Maybe there's good beer that gets distributed in cans in the UK or elsewhere, but here in Crazyland the only things you can get are Bud Lite and Heinis. Yech.
