Poll: Do you call it Soda, Pop or something else?

I always tend to call a drink by it's name, or a shortened version of it's name

Now when I think of it, I usually tend to call it by the brand: Fanta, Sprite and so on. The aforementioned is a name for the common drink though. Around here at least.

I call it by generalized name.

Cola.
Orange flavor.
Lemon-lime stuff.
Root beer.
Etc.

Although I still have preferences. I like Coke, but will still drink Pepsi, and I enjoy Mellow Yellow the most out of it's vaguely dual-fruit-flavored classification.

I just call it whatever it is i.e Coke or Sprite.

In Australia, no-one says 'soda' or 'pop'. If they do, they're being un-Australian. We call them 'fizzy drinks'.

I just say whatever brand I'm drinking.
