Poll: Do you change your avatar often?

well, i plan to at some point, but up until now no, i haven't.
well, except once by accident. i then changed it back soon afterwards.
but yeah, i plan to replace the sword with a scythe, maybe attempt to animate it (if i can work out how to, i'm not great at using software to create/edit avatars).
or i might just go for another avatar, but in the same style as my current one.

I just changed mine for the first time.
At first it was Layne Staley, now it's plain ol' ugly me.

I've changed it twice, both of them pictures of Brendon Small, but I've always come back to this one, which is my favorite by far.
With small editations to my avatars excluded, I've changed my avatar twice. The first one was unfitting, though it was the only one that was actually a picture of me. Its was simply heavily edited to look like the Starcraft Goliath. Second I had my little turquoise guy, who people may remember from back when my posting rate was around 20 a day (much more rampant than now, at least) in the early months of 2009, about a month after I got here. I changed to this guy when I was still in the 1200s. Or maybe it was 1300. Anyway, its a drawing of mine I like very much. It was a very quick creature design quick-paint. Anyway, I think it worked out well enough. I've also come to believe that people kind of recognize it. I would at least hope I've made enough of an impression over my 9 months-ish that I've been here enough that I have a recognizable avatar. Which is probably the reason I don't plan on changing it for a while.
I used to change it every month when I first joined, but I then settled on my reaper sitting on a throne being served by demons.

Ive had the same avatar since I started. I keep thinking about changing it, but there's something about ol' Ein. I just can't do it to him.
I changed it a while back from a picture of myself because I wanted a little more anonymity. I don't think I'll change it back, or to anything else for that matter.
