I know lots of pointless trivia.
But to be honest, about 3 weeks ago I would've counted myself as a whole nerd.

Trivia kicks ass.
Also, that is what you get for having friends/boyfriends/girlfriends/kidnappers.

Wikipedia says, "Nerd is a term often bearing a derogatory connotation or stereotype, that refers to a person who passionately pursues intellectual activities, esoteric knowledge, or other obscure interests rather than engaging in more social or popular activities."
So, I suppose I am a nerd.

Same here. Yet I don't classify myself as a 'true' nerd, or a full nerd, I don't do enough nerdy things for that. Most of the time I'm just...dull, neither nerdy or 'normal'.

No, and I take offense to anyone who tries to classify me as one. You want to stick a high school stereotype on me, I prefer "jock" since sports are my strongest interest.

I do passionately pursue intellectual activities, but I also play lead guitar in a band (a heavy metal/hard rock/classic rock band mind you, no "nerdy" music... I think.) and I'm a skateboarder. So that makes me what, a socially compatible guitar-skate-o-nerd?
