That makes sense. I guess thats why if I try to change large things in my dream like the setting I wake up. But when I change little things like objects or people my dream continues.JakeTheSnakeMan said:I also wake up shortly after taking control. Why do you think that is? My theory is that controlling dreams requires conscious thought. Conscious thought would increase brain activity to higher than normal levels and then your subconscious freaks out because there is too much activity and you wake up.child of lileth said:Both, but I like them way better when I don't control them. If I accidentally start to, I just make myself wake up, and go back to sleep.
The few chances that I get to control my dreams I take and run with. Those are usually the only dreams I remember. I can't even remember the last dream that I had.
