Poll: do you hate Americans?

im American and i would like to say sorry to what ever Americans have done to you to make you hate them.

were not all bad.

also i only say sorry if theyve done something directly to you, not just you hate them cause your racist..

If at all possible, could you raise that white flag just a little bit higher? They couldn't see you in Iran.

The guy that can't spell or use grammar at least made some sense. You used proper English and still failed to come across with anything that had a semblance of meaning. He's surrendering to Iran because he wants people to know not all Americans are bad? That's all I can muster from it. No idea what it means, though.

You mean the majority of angst ridden American teenagers that happen to be using their microphone are dickheads. That's not exactly a great way to determine if an entire nation is nice or not.

I'm American, so no. And really, what's the difference between hating a bunch of people for something they can't help (being born Americans) and hating a different bunch of people for something they can't help (being born a different color?)

Basically what I'm asking is what's the difference between people who hate all Americans and people who are racist? Is it somehow less wrong? People can't help where they're born.

i know as a country we are not all saints. but it seems we are being lumped into one group and hated in mass. which is weird cause anyone who has traveled the US will tell you that its so diverse from state to state its kinda hard to hate us all for the same reasons. there are the ultra so called "patriotic" southerners who listen to country music like guns and are very conservative and there are also the ultra anti government californian hippies who dont eat meat smoke weed and are very liberal. these 2 oposites are both americans. can you hate both? or do you side with one? i dont understand how the world hates us as a whole.

i can spell just my keyboard does not like to work all the time and even when i press the key it sometimes doesn't come up. I see no reason to go back and fix every error i make as long what i type is understandable

Unfortunately for the people of America, and indeed, of every other country, there are stupid people included in the set of people "Americans" or whatever other country we're discussing.

It's all math.

P(SA) = Probability of a stupid person who is American.
P(SA) = P(S) [binary AND] P(A)

As we add more people, both P(S) and P(A) increase, so therefore too does P(SA).

When the set of people is in the millions, or billions, as it is on Earth, P(SA) will be 1.

You can be sure that it's also going to be true for any given country, not just America.

I'm Aussie, and I loathe many Australians.

hate americans...yes...some.. but i always get the feeling that those some somehow have the majority.

for example the underpaid retarded people at the customs of the airfield, they hold every damn foreigner, and begin to register name,residence,fingerprint and a picture (ehm hint yanks passport?)
plus they are just plain rude like i am some terrorist who is going to blow them all up...

Individuals I have no problems with. However for some reason it all seems to be fraying at the edges over there and nobody seems to want to do a proper job and finish things to the end. I'm an American and it doesn't make sense to hate an entire nation of individuals due to a stereotype. I understand where people come from on like XBOX live and stuff but the "stupid egotistical Americans" usually results from the peer pressure of trying to sound cool infront of your friends...which is dumb but don't count out an entire people of being stupid and egotistical from the summary of the summary of a nation of people, because that's almost always wrong.
