Is there really somewhere on the internet where you can get Navi saying "Hey! Listen!" as your text message tone? I'm simultaneously confused and slightly happy at the thought of having it.

You certainly can! It was pretty high up on the Google Hit-List too. If you can't find it I can give you a little MP3 of it if you want.

No, I can't get custom ringtones on my phone. Well I can, but I have to download 'em and I don't like any of the ones available and it costs money to even browse the ones available.
I heard of a utility that would allow me to covert MP3's to ringtones, but I've never found it.

Since I was able to dig up a fairly good website that offers all kinds of ringtones etc for free I switch often... however, the theme of 'Fairly Oddparents' has been my ringtone for over 3 months now, which is a personal record.
As for text messages, I've got the Joker's laugh blaring from my cell speakers... makes me happy. xD
