I did up until towards the middle of season 2 when the airing of episodes became inconsistent, untrackable*, and the story overall fell a bit flat due to the death of Iro's voice actor and the writers did not properly adjust it. In the end, I gave up after the first three episodes of season 3. It had so much potential. First two seasons were good.

*There was about a half a year gap between the first and second halves of season 2. Plus the middle of the season was featured as movies with months inbetween. Shit like this that happened thoughout the series made it harder to watch and keep up with.

I for one loved the series and consider it the last and greatest thing Nick has ever done. Yes it was a fairly cliche premise, but it was done well, the characters were likable and interesting, the elements were used for awesome fight scenes and not in the hokey way most kids' series use them, and it was overall an excellent show.

Also, [insert mandatory shoehorning of Tv Tropes here].

And since it had to be said, no, it's not anime. Anime is by definition Japanese (not a weeaboo, just going by the proper definition), it is not Japanese, therefore it is not anime.

I love the series, I just cannot watch it because my attention span sucks. I can't watch one show for fifteen hours straight, but neither can I remember to go to a site and watch a show from day to day. I'm going to continue to try though.

I like it, I didn't see the last episode yet, but I have a bad feeling it would suck

Weeaboos? IFC? what do those things mean???
I don't know what IFC means, but as a general description, "weeaboo" is a term referring to idiots who like anime, used by idiots who hate anime.
And that Billy, is the single most accurate description you will ever get.

It may have many moments of childishness, but I find that is the beauty of it.
Isn't that really because of it's core audience? At least I thought so.

I will state I like the show the plot was good the production value was better them most show I have seen in a while. It might have been a little frosted with the fact they avoided death at all moments and that cast member or villain just suddenly stopped showing up in the show.

But I liked Avatar.

I how ever think the movie is going to bomb and ruin it all together.

Oh God!

...Please don't remind me.

It's an awful idea that I just know that they'll screw up. I'm a fan of the Avatar series and I don't appreciate acutally good stuff on T.V. being raped like this.

. . . . Poor DBZ. . .My childhood memories...
And yet they still don't do it on Naruto. Unfair? Yes.
I like naruto...

I was very, very disappointed by the final fight in the series (couldn't they have at least tried to make it entertaining?), but I do love the series. It may have many moments of childishness, but I find that is the beauty of it. It is a well-animated series that presents genuinely interesting ideas and executes them in such a way that it is intellectually friendly to all who give it a chance. I find that it very much resembles classic Disney movies in that it appeals to the younger side of our minds without alienating our older tastes.
This says it all really, I loved the serie, but the ending was a little meeh and rushed.
The upcoming movie however, will probably be pretty shit. Not so raped as the Dragonball movie, since it looks like the Avatar movie will stick to the original idea, but the HORRIBLE cast will screw it up. White folks as Katara and Sokka, what the hell?! Uncle Iro who is not fat, what the hell?! It will be 1 massive ethnic disaster.

Not only is Iroh not fat, but he doesn't have the awe-inspiring voice of Mako. One of the things that really hurt the series was Mako's death, and subsequent replacement who made a valiant effort at imitating his voice, but it just didn't work. Why did you have to die, Mako?!

My Niece and Nephew watch this show while I was babysitting them. I was loathe to admit that I liked the show and would actually watch it with them. Until my brother said him and his wife like it a lot too.

Then I admitted that it was actually a pretty good show. Espcially considering it's on Nicklodeon. (The last good show they had was Rocko's Modern Life)
