They're pretty cool and have some good songs but they're not neccesarily one of my favorites.

They are a formulaic band on purpose. They have a strict sound they don't deviate from and a template for their songs, and it works because they make money.
Not saying it's a good or bad thing, just saying.
Personally I used to like them but I found myself getting more and more bored with their music as time went on.
