I'm surprised so many people don't like it.

I've been a huge fan for years though series 3 was a bit meh overall but had its moments.

Also Tim and Eric Awesome Show is awesome!

Ah, finally somebody mentions it. The IT Crowd = Awesome.
We had a system diagram drawn on a white board here.

Overnight the word Internet was replaced with drawing of a black box with a little red light on top.

I stand by it being a good use of time
Oh yes, everything's wireless now isn't it?

I like the Mighty Boosh, although it has gone slightly downhill since series 1. Series 2 was still pretty good but 3 was... meh. I saw the second tour of Boosh Live and that was awesome as well, mostly just because of the little 'improv' sections where they come out of character (improv is in inverted commas because apparantly some of these sections in Boosh Live are scripted).

To me it seems that the Boosh is a show for a very niche audience. The fans it has were established very early on and it isn't really very appealing to pick up and watch for people who don't know much of it.
I quite liked the first series, but after that it seemed to get carried away, instead of having 20 minutes of (relative) normality, and then 5 minutes of weird shit, by season 2/3 it ended up being 25 minutes of throwing stupid brain farts at you, which is why I stopped watching it.
After all, a vital part of comedy is pacing.

I love the Boosh! I'm very proud to say that I've also seen the Mighty Boosh Live Show, which is even better!

Joy for Britain, Mods and the Hitcher!

Seriously though, I reckon it's a good comedy, a bit zany. I think it tries to be Monty Python, with regards to the silliness, but doesn't quite make it. However, it'd still be on my favourite comedy shows of all time. Just not very high.

they are very much a marmite thing & to me the MIGHTY BOOSH are great, IMHO the second series is the best comedy series ever.

for me the 2nd series is the best becose the best thing to me about the boosh is when they go on adventures & in the second series its afew minutes in the flat then off they go on another adventure, wupee.

IT Crowd is a legendary show.

And I'd have some Noel Fielding any day.
Dude, I love IT crowd.
COMPUTER HELLO!
Well, have you tried turning it off and on again?

without a doubt - awesomeness personified! Especially considering the vast majority of my friends are either sys admins or reformed ones (we do celebrate sys admin day - oh yes)

It's just not funny to me at all. Noel Fielding dressing up in silly hats then saying random words doesn't constitute comedy as far as I'm concerned. I've seen like 3 episodes and I don't think there was one actual joke in there.

It's both good and so bad it's good.

The songs are genius. "Eels" is great even if it gives me the willies, pun not intended.

Most of the shows on adult swim are horrible, they need to get back to the original stuff, animation and such. cancel all that live action garbage. Tim and Eric need to be shot and thrown in a ditch then the ditch needs to be filled with napalm and then paved over.
