Wait Wait Don't Tell Me is the best podcast ever (other than the one here, of course...). And I also listen to Game Informer's podcast because those people are hilarious.

I began by listening to the PSNation podcast. I'm still subscribing but i haven't listened to an episode in well over two months.
After that i began listening to the podcasts put out by Simply Syndicated [http://www.simplysyndicated.com/] as they put out some interesting shows and have a fairly active, albeit close knit, community.
Movies You Should See
The Definitive Word
Hooked
Rich Daily
SHaFT
Starbase 66
Nerd Hurdles
Masters Of None
Here Goes Nothing
World 1 Stage 1
Atomic Trivia War 9000
Tech It Or Leave It

Beyond the Simply Syndicated Network i also listen to:
Inappropriate Conversations
Sarcastic Gamer UK
Sarcastic Gamer Flix
The Moth
The Movielicious
Tripnotic Downtempo Lounge

It all depends on what the presenters are like and what the information being conveyed is like.

"Anyone check out this wall? Street comedy!"

I forgot to mention Wait Wait, though.
It's NPR's best show besides Prairie Home Companion, IMO.

4PlayerPodcast is the one for me, its too funny, has me laughing my head off every time, and they also provide a lot of good video game related information

I listen to about five regularly, well four now since one of them was temporarily canceled. The only video game related one I listen to is Drunk Tank and the rest are entertainment podcasts.

One that I recommend to listen to is the Loveline After Disaster. Chances are that you probably have never heard of Loveline before, and chances are even greater that you wouldn't have heard of the After Disaster before. They have a pretty small audience in terms of podcasts but the people who like it, really like it.

With the Religion n Politics section being so popular, I have to recommend the Bugle podcast, created by John Oliver of Daily Show fame and Andy Zaltzman of amusing hair fame (and he's a standup too).

Even tho it's content provided by the The Times, they didn't pull any punches on the whole Murdoch/News of the World disaster, and if nothing else, it means I've actually learned a bit about some world leaders I'd never have heard of. They do occasionally get distracted and spend half a podcast talking about a house with a wang drawn on the roof, but that only makes it better imo.

I also listen to a bunch of other comedy podcasts, Collins n Herrings now defunct one, David Mitchell's soapbox (tho its a video one, the audio is the important part.), Robin Ince and Josie Long, Peacock and Gamble (two up and coming, highly immature and offensive but to me, very funny guys), and I'll pretty much give any other ones a chance if they sound like they'll amuse me for half an hour.

Also there's 'answer me this' which, while not being a comedy thing as such, is still very entertaining, and 'The infinite monkey cage' which is a science/comedy hybrid podcast with Robin Ince and Brian Cox, yes, that bloke off the telly who thinks space is really greaaat.

I listen to the following fairly regularly...
The Thrilling Adventure Hour (Podcast recording of a stage show in the style of old time radio dramas. They have a new episode every week)
Pseudopod (short horror stories by a variety of authors)
Escape Pod (short sci-fi stories)
Podcastle (Fantasy shorts)
Escapist podcast (Herp, you're on the site so chances are you've already heard it. If not, give it a shot)
Loading Ready Run's LRRcast (what it says on the tin, really. It's a nice one to listen to and they get a chuckle out of me)

And that's about it. There have been a few others that have come and gone, but the above are my current listening material.
