I have to. It's directly above the sink where I wash up every morning. I wish I didn't because I might hate myself less but there's that "work" thing and I generally have to show at least some effort of tidy, hygiene and whatnot
I, like many, am very critical of myself. My face, body, hair, etc., so I tend to look in just about anything that produces a reflection.
It got to the point where I actually have to actively ignore reflections, convincing myself that I look fine. There's nothing wrong. Of course, something in my brain thought that was a complete lie and burns my subconscious.
So I do look at myself in the mirror during the morning, and other points of the day.
Of course I do, for washing my face and combing my hair. There's a large mirror in my bathroom though, it's impossible not to look into it when in the bathroom.
