If I do bad in TF2, I growl and yell a bit.
If I do good in TF2, I laugh maniacally as I destroy those puny earthlings.

Also if an object is blocking my path I call it a schmuck and shoot it.

Depends on the game, really. If I play a FPS like Battlefield or Halo I might yell and swear quite a bit. When I play RTS I just grunt abit because I'm really focused on the game and when playing RPGs I sometimes say a phrase out loud after choosing what to say in a conversation. It's a bit weird because I do it without knowing, but oh well, helps with immersion!

Sometimes I start singing about what I am doing... this is most prevalent if I am doing a fairly mindless task like grinding in WoW.

Also angry muttering and talking to myself and of course cursing up a storm if something goes really wrong. lol

Oh, when I saw this thread I thought you were asking if I made noises when... Well thats not important.

Well sometimes I talk to myself, cursing if I'm doing bad and what not. If I'm playing an RTS or something I'll start making up back stories of my units.

I'm fairly vocal when playing most games, if you define sotto voce as vocal. I don't comment on my own kills unless it's someone on my friends list (then I'll rib them mercilessly) but I do mutter constantly regarding my deaths. Half finished comments like "Right, you little...", "Aaw, crap..." and the always popular "For fuck's sake..." are common usage for me in deathmatch games. In team deathmatch games I become slightly more verbose and those comments get replaced with info on where and how I died to my teammates, like "Just got sniped from the second floor of the warehouse in the NW corner" or "Just got bitched. Three targets moving through the ruined factory to the south".

Just the odd "FUCK!" when something doesn't go right.
And if there's a sprint function in the game I have to say "huthuthuthuthuthuthuthuthuthuthuthuthuthuthut" while I'm using it.
And if I'm falling from a great height I say "weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ow my ankle".

I usually mutter stuff under my breath, or groan in an exasperated way. At least according to my sister. She always shouts 'Stop fucking sighing every ten seconds!' in the general direction of my bedroom door. And when things get tense, I resort to 'fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck' because I'm not really at my most eloquent when I'm under pressure.

All of the above, but variable based on circumstances.

*minor annoyance* "Rmrmmmm..."
*repeated failure* "Fuck..."
*major annoyance* "OH COME ON!!!"
*abrupt scare* "AAAAAH! AAAAAH! AAAAAH! AAAAAH! AAAAAH! AAAAAH!"
This mostly.. I tend to speak with friends on skype while i'm playing.. So it can be intense sometimes.

Grunting, yelling, swearing, squeeling, every single noise a human can produce... I've made it, while playing video games (though as silently as possible, so my family doesn't think I'm some schizophrenic lunatic).

Also, I will occasionally climb over furniture, when I'm so pissed off I feel the insuppressible need to press my middle finger against the tv screen.

Depends on the game. If I'm playing COD multiplayer you better believe I'm swearing and yelling. When I play single player games, I'm typically quiet, unless the level is difficult.

I talk to myself and make up stories while playing the story.
Or make up stories while in multiplayer.

You should hear the way I react when a skeleton unexpectedly attacks me in Minecraft...

If I'm losing I swear at the PC, if its multiplayer I swear at the other person, if I'm winning I swear at the PC again, but in a good way.
I swear too much.

When i find the dailouge is lacking, i add in my own. I also sometimes add in my own storyline if the game is getting repetitive, recently i turned Just Cause 2 into teh tale of an old sodleirs returning to his place of victory some many years ago to find it reamred and ready to attack again.
I also enojy a good old fashioned, anime esque, YAAAAAAAAAAAAH! from time to time.
