Yup. I play guitar in a band, but I can also play bass, drums and piano, and I'm beginning to learn to play trumpet and saxophone as well.

I used to play the piano, the flute and I probably can still play the guitar, but I didn't learn anything advanced. I gave up because of vacations ;d

guitar/vocals...doesn't matter if it's acoustic/electric rock/metal...i can do any style with vocals, and enjoy playing guitar with it
Really.
Why don't I believe you?
Have you ever heard of Wes Montgomery?
If you haven't, then you should look him up and see why I don't believe you.
If you have, then you know why I don't believe you.
what..because he doesn't do vocals? or because he plays jazz? i dont care if you believe me or not, i have songs written, both lyrically and musically, some acoustic, some electric, ranging a lullaby i wrote for somebody, to a song that i wrote about a friend, to a song i wrote about hating my dad and the rage he brings when i think about him for extended periods of time. believe me or don't, it's all the same, i got people who have seen/heard the proof.
So what styles are they in? Jazz, rock, folk, blues, hip-hop, R&B, etc.
You can play a lullaby.
Just like everyone else.
So you hate your parents.
Just like everyone else.
if you're trying to start a flame war i can tell you i'm not going to fall for it, however the lullaby is an actual soothing lullaby, rather than a dark "lets be morid" lullaby like most, i don't hate my parents, simply the childhood i went through because of my father, and i know i'm not the only one who has had it happen, nor was mine the worst, and i don't just play the lullaby, i wrote it, and the acoustic styles are more soft rock than anything i guess. the electric are metal and hard rock, mostly metal. i do also have a song dedicated to a certain person, that's actually fairly depressing, sort of like a memory to them , ya know? as a sort of "you'll be deeply missed and never forgotten" kinda thing, but you know..again, i know i'm not the first to write about these, nor will mine be the best, and i know i wont be the last. what about you Berethond? you play anything?
Okay.
That's only two styles.
You're still missing... about six.

Yes.
I play classical, rock, and jazz piano.
I play saxophones.
I play auxiliary percussion.
And I play mallet percussion.

I play alto sax, guitar, and a very small bit of drums. I want to learn keyboard as well, as basically all of music theory derives from the keyboard/piano.

I play the guitar.

This thread is a bit weird though, as when people are looking through the titles, if they play an instrument, they will most likely read the thread, but those that don't are less likely to.

500th post. Woo!

saxophone, name one I've played it. :)
You Played a Tubax? Or a Bent Sopranino Sax?

...

Wish i had.
I think Tubax is just another name for the contra-bass sax, and yeah I've played that. I just played a bent sopranino a couple months ago. It was all right, the tuning was . . . interesting.
Nah Tubax is another name for Sub-contra-bass Sax. Ah man, bent sopranino's are ridiculous. Kudos for you for playing them though. Now if only i could find one around here...

Any brass instrument, reed or double reed instrument, and any guitar-ish instrument, as well as the piano. Trombone is my best, followed by the other brass, and then the tenor sax. I'ma re-learn guitar, though, and probably get me a bass or something (since I doubt that I will be as proficient with guitar as with bass).
