As in forearms? That's weird.
The only girls I've ever seen with hair on their forearms are Indian girls, they actually had more hair on their forearms than me. I'm not particularly hairy but still.
I've never met a girl who has shaved her forearms and I've met quite a few. Most girls don't look like they have hair there because the hair is usually fair and fine anyway.
Why on Earth would you shave them? Fuck knows, we're already expected to shave everything else.
Same here. As a girl and knowing many girls, I've never heard of a single person that shaves their arms. That's utterly bizarre to me. The more you shave, the thicker the hairs become - so you have to shave even more frequently. I'd go mad if I had to shave my entire body all the time. Shaving arms to me and many girls is like shaving your eyebrows. Why the hell would you do it? If a guy told me to do that I'd tell them to F off.

As for me, I don't like facial hair and excessive underarm hair. Anything else is fine, I'd imagine.

Actually the reasons for shaving hair for men and women on the forearms and everywhere else really could be something as simple as they are on a swim team or trying to be an olympic swimmer. Because the smoother your body is, the faster you can go in water. Or maybe they just don't like the hair. But usually when I have heard of people shaving their forearms and chests it is so they can compete on swim teams.

LoL I like you that's funny. I wouldn't have the gall to ask a girl to shave her forearms, unless they were freakishly hairy and even than I'd expect a slap. What do you mean like shaving your eyebrows, Like a separating a unibrow?

Now as a straight male I can't stand body hair either on myself or women.
Dude totally. I shave my junk two or three times a week to keep it looking nice and not scratchy. My fiancee shaves too, we like to be smooth for eachother.

Not chest hair though, she likes me to have chest hair. And she doesn't have chest hair cause yeah that would be weird.

Oh and since I'm bisexual I should say I like other dudes to shave to. Getting some dude or some chick's pubes in your teeth is totally gross.

Well duh, you're from Ireland. I'm guessing hirsuteness is much, much rarer among women of Irish decent than say, those of a darker, hairier descent. In particular, on women with dark hair and pale skin it tends to show up a lot. I had one female teacher in high school who had hairier arms than I do. She was Italian with dark hair, brown eyes, and pale skin.

Sorta like some women need to get their upper face lips waxed.

I like a mix, I suppose. I like legs shaved, but... um... Sensitive areas to be a bit... um ... Fuzzier.

A man with no facial hair need not apply, ever. Don't particularly care about the rest of the body.
Oh harsh not even a stubble?
Whether a stubble suffices depends wholly on the guy wearing it, and if it does I won't miss a chance to remind him that he was accepted on a technicality and that I can kick him out on the very same technicality should he get uppity. Strict but fair, right?

Ouch No I usually try and maintain a stubble, I don't like thick facial hair tho.

I have no strong feelings one way or the other as far as women go.
Men? Yeah dude's gotta have some hair. Preferably chest, bit on the stomach, don't shave/wax the groin, and some kind of beard.

No, I meant shaving the eyebrows completely off. I was trying to think of something that is almost universally considered a strange place to shave to explain how I reacted to the idea that women should shave their arms. I guess maybe it's like the equivalent of shaving your feet or hands and knuckles. It's completely unnecessary. I mean, really?

For a cool fact, did you know humans actually have more hair than gorillas? It's just that they're finer, smaller, and lightly coloured. Fact.
