Poll: Do you read peoples posts?

I'll read all the posts if a thread is 2-3 pages long, any more than that and I start skipping.

No, you'd be surprised. Some people will post on topics that don't interest them in the slightest, usually to ridicule someone or make pointless comments. They like to have a big post count, you see.

Well normally if someone is ridiculing someone else, they must have some sort of intrest in the matter. But i agree the little silly comment ones are silly.

You'd think so, but you'd be wrong. They'll quite literally ridicule anything even remotely offensive just for the sake of a post count. Browse these forums long enough and you'll see what I mean.

I tend to enjoy reading others more than posting. Although posting that is rather self-defeating.

So anyway. I really wanna see Watchmen but missed it in theaters. Anyone know when it comes out on DVD?

And the wathcmens story was very good, but the movie wasnt done well..I recommend just reading the book..

I have no idea when it comes on on DVD

I was skimming through this quickly, erm..."paying attention" to the posts when I saw this.
The movie was brilliant!
As someone who soaked in both the book and the movie, I can honestly say I'm happy with how it turned out.
Though, you wouldn't be the first to dislike it.

Anywho...
I'll read the posts if they're in a thread that interests me.
Otherwise, I skim through the first little bit before, and usually find something quotable.
Otherwise, I've gathered my thoughts by then and am ready to post.

But me and my friends were a little disturbed by the movie, it was a lil much..and they walked out so i left with them. I would have stayed but i couldnt..i only got up to the last fight. But something about the movie really intreged me. And soon after i read the book.

Yeah I value other people's opinions. Plus if someone said the exact same thing as you, you can just quote them and say "this".

Depends if I am interested in the topic and if there has been over 100 posts. But sometimes I will just post for the fun of it, to more accurate, depends what mood I am in but I do care about others opinions.

Thats what most people have said so far. And i guess that makes the most sence. I just feel like alot of peopel are too lazy or careless? Maybe its just me being paranoid. Or maybe its cuz im usually lazy too.

Yes... Yes it was worth it... XD

Anyway even thought it may be book worthy it was still a comic... Big difference between reading words and looking at pictures. If they wanted to make a book out of it I would probably read it but yeah. I read alot of comics and never consider them books.
