There's two situations that make me swear: When I'm pissed off or to emphasize a point.

I swear to prove a point, that point being that words have no power and no meaning, just people who give them power and meaning (usually very stupid people)
I swear quite a bit, but I know that there's a time and a place for it, and I don't use it in every single sentence I speak for no other reason than "I have a mouth and I must swear".
Now, people who average one swear word for every two words they speak, I want to break their fucking heads open.

I never swear. I was programmed too well. My mom wouldn't even let me say "oh my gosh" and frown at "shut up". She's loosened up over the years, but I still never swear.
I think I moderate it just enough such that it's known I'm at least mildly annoyed whilst swearing. I've been trying to cut down recently though...

I swear quite a bit but why does it offend people?
For all we know, 'dog' could be an offencive word in the future...... :/ (bad example but you know what I mean!)

Hell fucking yes. Why the fuck wouldn't i fucking curse how god damn inconsiderate of me to not fucking curse.
I never really understood why the society chose to treat several combinations of sounds as something rude and inappropriate. Seems dumb to me. "Fuck" is nothing more than a sequence of sounds. By default, it is no more offending then "Duck" or "Luck". You change 1 sound - boom, you are being frowned upon. The whole phenomenon of "cursing" looks like just another one of those useless, meaningless limitations that society is forcing on people. Fuck society, I say.
