when my mum and i go to a restaurant where they have those sachets of mayonnaise, ketchup, salad cream etc, she always takes more sachets then she needs and brings the rest home. i don't blame her, i do the same thing. some people have moaned at her for doing it and said it was he same as theft. what about you, do you take them or is it the same as theft?
My mum takes everything she can lay her hands on, which includes cutlery, glases and beer mats.

I don't go out with her much any more.

Theft my ass, They over charge you for food as it is. So, I take a few packets extra home. Wooopidie Do da! IF it would be consider theft they wouldn't order packets! They'd do what other places do. BUY BIG HUGE BULK of ketchup and then dispense it from the ketchup dispenser. LOL, now what is theft if you take a HUGE HUGE HUGE handful lol. Than again I still havn't seen anyone do that and I probally would fall over laughing at someone who does.

Since ketchup is so frigging expensive ($3.15 CAN for a small bottle!?) I just stock my fridge with condiment packages. I save around $7 a month doing this. Sooo, I say it's all fine and dandy considering it's a recession :p

I love the onion ring sauce from Burger King. I'll ask for like 8 of them everytime I go so I can use them on everything.

If they have sauces in sachets, it's not a restaurant.
Too right.
My family has a decent stock of random sachets of sugar, salt etc. Handy for trips or holidays if it isn't possible/economical to get larger packets.
Also willing to bet most of my student friends who live away from home take more than their share :p

Hell I've taken spoons and knifes before. This one place had these giant caveman spoons and knives so I had to take a couple. They still are my favorite spoons to use seeing as they we're made for giants or vikings or something.

I don't, because I would take them home and then not use them. I'd drown in little condiments packages.

Not the way I'd like to go!

The only returants I go to is Pizza hut and normally thats just to have pizza with my mates, pizza and coke actually and sometimes I like to have those ice cream things they do. But yeah what I'm getting at is, I don't eat food at resturants that is commanly served with sachets of any kind.
