I'd assume I am? I think I only shout at people when there's a need or if the situation calls for a bit more volume.
At work though, I try to be, but have to follow so many seemingly pointless rules which I get the flak for. The general public believe I'm almost demonic, no matter how much other advice or 'hints' I give them... '-'

Yes. Yes I do.
I do do bad things occasionally, but I almost always feel horrible about them afterwards, and the good things I do more then balance them out. Even if I try to be mean, my conscience is pretty strong, so I find I'm not really able to behave in that way for very long.

I'm a moral relativist, so I'm not quite sure where I fit in. I don't go out of my way to do evil, and I don't go out of my way to do good. Then again, good and evil is subjective and cannot be generalised. I guess that according to the norms of society I'm overall not good, seeing as I only really care about my own friends and family, and couldn't really care less about others. I would never give money to charity, for example, unless it was directly related to me/friends/family. I also use a lot of white lies.
Who's to judge? What's the meaning of such a judgment anyway? By my ideals I'm a reasonable person but according to the morals of many I'm a blasphemer, demon, amoral killer of puppies and kittens. Or something like that anyway.
It is very post-modern of me to giggle a bit and say "Fah to your moral labels!" It's also quite pointed that the idea behind a villain is not that they consider themselves evil, but that they believe they're doing the right thing. Even Hitler thought he was a good person, even Satan (if he exists) believes himself to be in the right in his eternal war.

I like to think of myself as a good person, but whether I am or not is questionnable, and something that I on my own can't answer.
