Poll: Do you use homebrew on your Wii?

There are some pretty interesting things coming out as homebrew for the Wii. I was wondering how many at the escapist use homebrew and if anyone had had bad experiences.

It's a custom channel for the Wii that lets you play homemade games.

I've never used it myself.

No it's illegal I think. But I'm perfectly happy playing my official games thank you very much.

I don't think its illegal if you are using it strictly for homemade stuff.

Please, source this. It sounds like it could be very interesting or very terrible, but I've never heard of it. If it lets me play a portable Metroid on my Wii, I'm all for it.

Yes, but I only use the gamesave download/extracter. It's useful for bypassing the locks on some of the gamesaves, allowing you to port them to SD card.

But other than that, no. I had a bad experience with homebrew wii due to my incompetence with things like that, and almost made my wii a near-useless brick.
