Poll: Do you watch television?

I'm not living on my own so for the time being I'm able to enjoy cable from time to time. I like watching certain cooking shows, South Park, Simpsons...I don't really watch TV shows online or even use Netflix/Hulu etc on my laptop. If I'm watching anything online it's a youtube video or something similar.

It's like -- you mean with the Internet, I can watch my favorite shows regardless of a scheduling time, whenever I want, watching any moment of the series, resume it at the exact second a long time later, without advertisement breaks and being able to skip through the introduction or parts I don't want to watch?

Only problem is, watching new episodes is always there on TV, but on the Internet you have to wait at the very least for a few hours for someone to load up the episode, cut the commercials, upload it to the site, and possibly get approval.

I've effectively given up on TV as a form of entertainment, granted its Football season here in the states so I'll be parked in-front of it when my team takes the field, but past that, I really got no use for it.

Hell only reason I'm watching the games on TV is cause mom does. The NFL season is really the only consistent 'family time' we do XD.
