Self-castration is more entertaining. If some people like his videos then let them, everyone else gets LRR and an empty scrotum. As for British game 'reviewers'/critics/ranters/people-making-escapist-videos, Yahtzee is always going to be the top of the pile. Not in a fanboyish way, he just has a cool hat. Plus the animation is better.

I not a huge fan of his persona but I agree with him a lot and I like his view on games, the Extra Credit guys are great they are about the art of games and narrative which is great but I like having Jim to do to his it's all about fun way of thinking, it makes a good contrast.

I've only watched the first couple of episodes and I didn't really like those. I haven't seen the newer ones so I can't really say if I'd like them or not. By what I've seen, Jimquisition seems like a bunch of rants and lack inciteful views and solutions. I think I'll stick with the several other shows that I already watch here, unless everyone else thinks Jimquisition has gotten much better.

I've seen a few episodes, but Im hardly interested. Most of it is just him saying things that are very obvious and most of us know, and then he presents them as if they're revolutionary ideas. Silly man.

Also, "GET ANGRY"? What? Come on.

That's a bit arrogant isn't it?

You've just denigrated anyone who likes Jim Sterling, by claiming you are 'beyond it' (over it), like your above it. Geez, just give us some information here man, you don't like him because, what? He is too sarcastic? Too artificially up himself? He does actually have some hard hitting stuff, his Nintendo episode is really quite good, I suggest you watch it, then say what you didn't like about that episode.
Take it as you like, there are just some things that do not amuse me anymore, when I was younger I thought leet speak and all those internet abbreviations (OMG, LOL, GTFO,....) were the shit now I have come past that.

OK so I don't get suspended again on this matter, I'll put the comment on Jimmy Carr.
Jimmy Carr has aggressive yet subtle humor, he doesn't get into a big huff and puff about anything, he does not repeat his lines like my grandad, his points are short snappy and smart... not everyone presents their shows like that.
Come past it, I see, well in this case I think the rest of us can flag you as either having gone bitter, or simply changing your mind.

Since you've given us nothing useful for the conversation, especially nothing about Jim Sterling, I'll move on.

He's a bit of an awkward performer, and pretty much every point he's made has been made before by better writers with more interesting things to say--often times on the very same site.
Really? I think he would probably be one of the best to describe the Nintendo of America situation wouldn't he? Yes I know I'm going on and on about it, I'm trying to get someone to give me "reasons" why they don't like him.

Akward performer, that's one point, but I wouldn't give you a point for the second comment, I find he usually takes a fairly unique point of view, if he didn't, I probably wouldn't watch him, despite his good humour.
