After Nintendos confrence I was wondering if anyone is satisfied enough by what Wii has to offer just to have a Wii. For example I own just a 360 with the occasional PC game because that is what I am satisified with. I don't feel like I need another option because the 360 offers me enough of the games that I like. But with the Wii I can't imagine anyone would just be satisfied with the new Metroid, Mario and Zelda that comes out every odd year.

EDIT: I have decided to get rid of the option of the PC. What I meant by the PC is whether you put a good chunk of your hours into playing PC games and not that you just own a PC.

Ermmm... if they don't have a PC, how do you expect people to reply? This seems like a biased poll...

Well if you count the PC then no, I own a Wii and PC, and plan to get a PS3 sometime next year, I said early next year but every time new titles get announced it gets pushed back.

I'm pretty sure that almost everybody on this forum has a PC.
For me, I have a Wii and a PC.

That's an odd question. Most people browsing this forum are doing so on a PC.

I have a PS2, a Wii, and of course this large black machine that I'm typing on to relate the message. Though I could technically call the ps2 last gen, they are still releasing games for it.

There's a difference between having a PC you use for browsing and having a PC you use for gaming.

I assume you mean plays pc games when you say pc so no to the pc thin. I own just a wii and considering nintendo isn't the only developer i am very happy with the new metroid and mario galaxy 2 considering i loved the first galaxy and this one looks even better and if the new mario bros wii has online then i think i will enjoy that alot too.

I have a Wii and PC, but my Wii is the only dedicated console. My PC is mostly for school and work and only has the occasional game of team fortress on it. I love my Wii, and I have not felt the need to buy either a 360 or PS3.

I used to own just a Wii (it was a christmas present). Then I traded it in and got a 360, because none of the Wii's games appealed to me much.

Play games on the PC mostly, with local multiplayer on Gamecube, N64 (Perfect Dark + Lylat Wars = multiplayer God) and occasionally PS2.
Currently own none of the current gen, Wii/PS3 don't have strong enough line ups to warrant their costs and my 360 went back for a refund after 3months.

I have Xbox, Xbox 360, PS2, PS3, Macbook Pro w/ Mac OSX (obviously) and Windows Vista (bootcamp). I never had an interest in owning a wii unless I wanted to play Metroid or SSBB, but that's not enough to convince me to buy a wii.

My PC is occasionally used for games (Starcraft, Devil May Cry 3 and 4, Halo), but I wouldn't really say it's much of a gaming PC. It can't run anything more demanding than Devil May Cry 4 (on Low settings) that well.

Then again, my Wii library is very small (Brawl, Rock Band 2, Umbrella Chronicles, Wii Sports/Play, and 7 Virtual Console games. I also use the Wii to play Gamecube games.

However, if I had an XBox360, I'd probably have about the same amount of games (most games like Fallout, GTA, Halo, Call of Duty, etc. just don't interest me that much)

So to answer the question, my gaming is pretty much 50% Wii, 50% PC.
