It really depends. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Most of the time, I like playing the guy that doesn't go in to maul people, but rather assists the guy that does, and it's *my* job to make sure he does *his* job right and doesn't get blown to bits in 10 seconds. In MMOs, I play the healer, in TF2, I play medic often (over 100 hours since my last stat reset, most played class, AND I play heavy medic with one of my friends and shit gets fucked up when we do it), but in L4D, I make a kickass tank. I remember this one time, I was enticing the survivors and keeping my distance since one of them had a molotov. Except one of them made the mistake of saying "Tank is afraid XD" in chat. I then thought "fuck it" and mauled them all. Yeah, I got set on fire, but I made up for it by smashing them all into the ground. Hehehehe... So yeah, I like playing the "warrior" in L4D, but most of the time, I like playing the important support role, letting others put their own asses on the line, but I still provide an invaluable service.
