I hate Akon's voice and he cant rap at all.

I think its simply the beat of the song. As it is with all dub-step(two step) beats. Its something to do with the rhythm we as humans operate on that makes us love dub-step. Likes its close to a standard heartbeat or something. seriously just look up dub-step on youtube. i bet everyone will bob their heads to 9/10 of all the songs there regardless of your preferred genre.

I have listened to a lot of dub-step in my time but personally i wouldn't call the background beat Dub-step, not that I'm an expert at this that's just my opinion.

Well OP I enjoyed the song, and it happens to be one of my favourite songs on the radio at the moment, even if it's starting to get a bit old now. I prefer David Guetta's other song, Getting Over feat. Chris Willis.

I can't say that the OP's tastes and mine quite mesh. Rap and hip-hop are interesting from what they can do with vocals, but all the examples I've heard have pretty uninteresting and fairly inane lyrics. I find lyrics generally lacking in many genres of music, but it seems to be most accentuated in those.

I Agree with the 15 year old. Its just like all the other gangsta hip hop Crap! None of it is good, although you could watch the videos on mute if your really bored!! For me to dance to it i would have to be wasted out of my mind, well past the point where i would want to dance to ceebeebies theme tunes!

I find it commical that 'Damn shes a sexy chick' was the most disrespectful description he could think of! haha!

also i'd like to add i want one of those light suit's that resembled the shape of the 'dead space' helmets!

I dislike Akon and his entire genre.

Oh god no, burn it with fire. Awful bass just going ''bum, bum, bum, bum'' all the time. Annoying high pitched sound going ''whop whop whop whop whop pu pup'' all the time. Awful singer with annoying voice. Awful lyrics. There is nothing good about that song! If everybody like's that song, then I'm not human any more and i quit life! I don't want to be a part of world if the world likes something i hate so much!

Oh, and it's not because i listen to metal. No, mister! I listen to some pop stuff too and reggae. I know what's good and what's not. You can argue, that you like it and it is good, but you can't say anything that will convince people that it's good. Also yeah, the song didn't really meet my expections, but come to think of it, I had no expections for this genre of music in the first place. So yep I hate it.

Out of principal I have a problem with all songs that have titles like "dance wiv me". Misspelling on purpose is only cute when there are cats involved.
As for the song itself, no I definitely do not love it, but if you do, good for you.
