It doesn't look that great to me, but maybe that's because I'm not American. The multiplayer doesn't look to interesting either. It just looks like CoD with a twist on Killstreaks to me.
I think this is what it will be myself. Some people need to let their hair down and realize they are probably making a video game, not a documentary on how to invade the US. In a game like Homefront, I don't want all the little details. They got it close enough so that my suspension of disbelief can kick in and take over.Outright Villainy said:Well, if it's good, it'll be a fun Freedom Fighers [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_Fighters_(video_game)] kinda story.
Freedom Fighters was an awesome game. I had lots of fond memories with that game...Outright Villainy said:Well, if it's good, it'll be a fun Freedom Fighters [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_Fighters_(video_game)] kinda story.
Canada is going to save us with its navy of 14 canoe's and 40 mooose mounties?Odgical said:I'm just curious, the US gets invaded, Canada sits and watches? I find this amusing.
It'll be alright, not groundbreaking. A good game but nothing special.
This is all that matters. I've been playing these kinds of games a long time now, and I don't even care about the campaign. 9 times out of 10 I just skip it. Give me multiplayer or give me an RPG. You can only kill so many AI bad guys before its all the same.Cuy said:I've heard so much about the multiplayer, and read so much about it in PC Gamer, that I think I'll buy the game. It seems like the multiplayer will be really damn solid, which is more than enough to satisfy me.
Wow, I never thought of that before.Odgical said:I'm just curious, the US gets invaded, Canada sits and watches? I find this amusing.
