The only real issue I had with The Dark Knight was

After Rachel died and Dent was turned into Two Face, the movie almost seemed to be a mash-up of scenes that were meant for the final film in the trilogy but were forced into The Dark Knight at the last minute.

Of course, there were some plot holes. For instance:

How in the world to Two Face live after the car crash with Maroni, especially since he took off his seat belt before shooting the driver? Did he jump out of the moving car before the crash?

Simply put, the last 45 minutes of the movie were somewhat questionable in how good they were. Don't get me wrong, I loved the film from start to finish. However, like I said, the last 45 minutes or so had a noticeable drop in quality from the rest of the films.

He actually puts his seatbelt on just before shooting the driver, implying the others didn't have them on.
