I get the point that he's trying to make, but I've heard far better songs that say it (see Rebecca Mayes Muses for details).
As a piece of music I don't like it. Things like that need to be witty and unforunately it just wasn't.
Am I insulted? No. Annoyed by listening to the whole of a bad piece of music? A little.

I wonder how much of a gamer that guy is.

Edit: I think he may have catagorised 'gamers' with 'students' too. Just 'cos you play video games doesn't mean you also spend your time watching day time telly, or vera visa. I know there are a lot of sudent gamers but you can't put the two together really... (well, only a little, but you get what I mean).
