So, Dragon Age 2 comes out on the 11th in Europe and I have to make a choice.

I own a decent computer and an Xbox Slim so I wanted to know if I should buy DA2 on PC or on Xbox?

I really want to boost my Gamerscore on Xbox (trying to reach the 15k ^^') but I also enjoyed to be able to use mods in DA:O.

Plus I'd like to know from those who played the demo if there was a big gameplay difference between console and computer. I heard that it would be more like a hack-and-slash on console whereas on PC it would stay the same as DA:O.

So, what will it be?

I heard that Dragon Age Is best played on the cpu, However for the firsT I had it on my Xbox and it was still fun. Then of course the mods add benifits aswell.

I would play it on my PC but DA:O almost gave it a heart attack so I'll have to play it on PS3 instead.

If you have a decent PC, then get it on that platform, mess with the settings a little and it will no doubt look at least twice as good as the console counterpart (your mileage may vary on that one).

And I've only played DA:O on the 360 and the DA2 demo on the PC, so to me, the combat is more or less the same, since in both games the character(s) can autoattack.

I got DA:O on my PC, and it didnt handle it well, so I guess I will have to decide wether I want the game on my Xbox or PS3

Get it for the same system you got DA:O in. You're able to import saves, affecting... something. If you got it for PC, then that's a whole lot more reason than your stupid Gamerscore. Who else really cares about YOUR Gamerscore? It's a biggest dick contest, except that no one is really comparing dicks.

For DA:O the combat on the computer was significantly better than it was on consoles, for dragon age 2, which seems to be more of a button mashing game, this is the opposite. The combat actually works better on the console. Dont believe me, go play the demo on both platforms.
