Poll: EA owns Star Wars Games

Now, I don't know about you, but my first instinct was they would all be shit, like when I heard Disney bought Star Wars(which I'm still bitter about because, Pixar aside, I hate Disney after what they did to my true love Prince of Persia). However, after playing some of the original Dead Space today I thought "hmm, I wonder if Visceral Games are being executed, mofia style" as is the EA tradition and noticed that Visceral Games are making one of the Star Wars games. I personally think that this has the potential to be a good thing, however, EA is the worst company in the US. If EA is smart about it, they will let Visceral do their thing, and maybe also let Bioware make a Mass Effect-esque 1313... please?

Voted 'Don't care' main because
A) everything I've read talks about them producion 'core' star wars games which I read as the movie tie in games, such as phantom menace game, rather than the spin off's like Kotor.
B) Saying EA has the rights means as much as saying Random House has the book rights, doesn't really matter, tell me who the studio is and I may care more, but publisher I don't give a monkey's
C) Been burned by Star Wars games and pre orders off hype in the past, so going for the Yatzhee "everything is shit until proven otherwise" from know on.

The overwhelming majority was very disappointed and angry about this. A couple people had been hopeful, however.

And then there were the people who were simply unhappy that Obsidian won't make a Star Wars game, including me. Otherwise I couldn't care less. EA is dead to me and so is Star Wars.
