Hunger.
I've gone over ten days without food once, and it wasn't that bad. I never felt that hungry or were in pain. When I started eating again on the other hand... damn my guts hurt!

I'd go with the hunger. I tried waking up once, drinking, and I kid you not, 4 liters of water (over a 30 minute period) because I had this weird feeling that I no matter how much I drank, my body still craved it.

Damn that was uncomfortable.

I'd opt for thirsty, I guess. Water is a lot more easy to come by than food.

Hunger. I'm somewhat ashamed to admit it, but having had an eating disorder, I still get a kick out of that sensation.
Completely unrelated, but you shouldn't feel ashamed. That would be like some one being ashamed of being diabetic. It's a disorder, seek professional help, there's nothing fundamentally wrong with you as a person.

Why thank you :>

Eh.. I'd choose unquenchable thirst. The endless hunger choice reminds me of prader-willi syndrome and that's just terrifying.
What's prader-willi syndrome? I looked at it on wikipedia but it doesn't seem that bad?

OP: Probably hunger. It would save a lot of money, and I think I'd get used to the pain eventually.
I looked it up too, and Google knew the answer.

Prader-Willi syndrome is a really, really bad genetic disorder. The endless hunger choice reminded me of it because that's actually one of the symptoms of having it. People with Prader-Willi syndrome never feel full and are always hungry, no matter how much food they've already eaten.

Also, there have been reports of people who have actually eaten so much that their stomach burst.

Hungry.

See, if I don't get enough fluids daily, my body goes all whack and I black out every time I stand up. Sometimes I even pass out for a moment, twice that has happened. It's scary, let me tell you. So to keep that from happening more, I'd rather be permanently hungry.

I despise the feeling that I get when I'm thirsty. The gnawing itch at the back of my throat. So I'll go with hunger.

I'm always hungry anyway so this is a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned. It is a bit annoying sitting around, way too full, and yet I still want to go to the fridge...

Hunger. I forget to eat for a day all the time. I never forget to drink water for a day.

Endless Hunger. You can learn to ignore and come to terms with the pain of hunger, but the discomfort of thirst is unavoidable.

Having an ultra dry mouth would make eating unpleasant anyway, so I'd rather be hungry.
