In Extra Credit's "Games You May Not Have Heard Of (Or Tried)," they mentioned a flash game called Every Day The Same Dream. As a fan of the show, I decided to check it out, and found a haunting, compulsion-creating experience. If you've played it, tell the forum about your experience.

Yeah, I played it before Extra Credit's showed it (aren't I just so indie? lol jk) the game was pretty interesting, but not my favorite art game.

Pretty ambiguous game, but with a deep meaning nevertheless. Go give it a try. It only takes 5-10 mins to complete it.

I have played it before. There was actually a thread about the game a while back (re: months back), and I found out about and played it then. I thought it was pretty good, but there are better "arty" flash games out there that actually have more engaging gameplay than "press left or right".

I swear I played that game ages ago...
When didn't come out?

If it is the same game hen I, personally, didn't find it all that amazing. Whether I just didn't pick up the subtler meanings I don't know, but it seemed a little ambiguous to me.

How bizarre.

I played through three times - the first time I went to got dressed, left, stroked a cow, arrived at work and then killed myself. Second time I decided not to get dressed; the cow wasn't there, and when I got to work I was fired. Then the third time I got dressed, drove to work and did my job.

Yeh I played it but only after Extra Credits (im a noob arent I). It was a little too artsy whilst no having good actual gameplay, still the meaning behind it all is really thought out and well done.

I "played" it before EC mentioned it; wasn't terribly impressed. I don't need my games to be artsy; more often than not it ends up being shallow, like some kid pointing out things nobody mentions because they assume everyone has noticed and thought about these things already.

I played it when it showed up on Alt+Escape.
Lot's of interesting, artsy-fartsy games there.

I probably had to restart the day several times for I realized how to do things differently.
