Yes, I looked at the evidence presented. Somehow, the crocoduck just didn't quite convince.

What's interesting is most creationist 'evidence' is actually less evidence supporting their point, so much as a fallacious argument against evolution, which it only takes a cursory understanding of the subject to see. In fact the only evidence creationists actually present is the Bible, which being a book, and not y'know, real evidence of anything, and to believe it would require a presupposition that the people who wrote it knew what they were talking about which is demonstrably false the majority of the time.

The reason for this, aside from the fact no evidence exists, is that any presented would be torn apart by scientific rigor in an instant, much like their arguments. That's not even speculation - these people aren't scientists, they don't understand the process, they don't know what kind of evidence is convincing.

The whole debate is like entering an ice sculpture contest with a blind man, and though the judges (including the blind guy's friends) know your meticulously crafted masterpiece is far superior to his, he won't shut up and the crowd seems to genuinely think his "cube of squareness" design is insightful or in any way worth looking at.
